This workshop is non-refundable.

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the workshop (the “Manifesting Greatness: A Luxury Vision Board Experience”) hosted by Shawnessa Devonish (“Host”). By registering for and participating in the workshop, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the workshop .

2. Registration

To participate in the workshop, you must complete the registration process on Eventbrite, which may include providing personal information. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Workshop Content

The content presented in the workshop is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. The Host does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for your specific needs.

4. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and the Host. However, host CANNOT guarantee confidentiality. The Host also agrees to respect participants’ privacy and confidentiality.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the workshop. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated, and the Host reserves the right to remove such participants from the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the workshop, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Host. Participants are not authorized to copy, reproduce, or distribute such content without the Host’s express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Host does not guarantee any specific results or transformation as a result of the workshop. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice or counseling when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the workshop.

9. Modifications

The Host reserves the right to modify or cancel the worshop, change the date or time, or make other adjustments as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Termination

The Host reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual in the workshop[ for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes arising from or related to the workshop or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maryland
