Please Note: This webinar will be recorded and is non-refundable.

1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions agreement (the "Agreement") governs participation in the webinar titled "From Passion to Practice: Essential Steps to Building a Successful Private Practice" (the "Webinar"), hosted by Shawnessa Devonish Ford / Abundance Coaching and Consulting LLC/ Rejuvenated Minds Therapeutic Services LLC (the "Host"). By registering for and participating in the Webinar, you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Webinar.

2. Registration and Access

a) Registration is required to attend the Webinar. The Host reserves the right to approve or deny any registration at its sole discretion.(b) Access details, including login credentials and webinar links, are for the exclusive use of the registered Participant and may not be shared with third parties. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access.(c) The Host reserves the right to limit or restrict participation based on eligibility criteria, including but not limited to professional status or geographical location.

3.) Payment and Refund Policy

a.) Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the Host cancels the Webinar. If a refund policy is offered, details will be specified in the registration confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

(a) All materials provided during the Webinar, including but not limited to slides, recordings, handouts, and any other content, are the intellectual property of the Host and/or its licensors.(b) The Participant shall not reproduce, share, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Webinar without prior written permission from the Host.(c) Unauthorized recording, screenshots, or redistribution of Webinar content is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer

(a) The Webinar is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and Participants should seek appropriate professional counsel before making decisions based on the Webinar content. It is not a substitute for professional advice. The (b) The Host makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. The Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Webinar content. "The Host makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding any specific outcomes, results, or transformations as a result of participating in the Webinar. The information provided is for educational purposes only, and individual success depends on various factors beyond the Host’s control, including but not limited to the Participant’s efforts, background, and external circumstances. The Host shall not be held liable for any perceived failure to achieve desired results. (c) The Host is not responsible for technical issues experienced by Participants, including but not limited to internet disruptions or software incompatibility.

6. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and the Host. However, host CANNOT guarantee confidentiality. The Host also agrees to respect participants' privacy and confidentiality. By participating in the Webinar, Participants acknowledge that their name, image, and/or voice may be recorded and grant the Host a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such recordings for promotional and educational purposes. Participants shall not disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared during the Webinar without explicit permission from the disclosing party.


7. Code of Conduct

(a) Participants shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.(b) The Host reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Webinar without refund if they engage in behavior deemed inappropriate or violate these Terms and Conditions.

8. Technical Requirements and Support

(a) The Participant is responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary technical requirements, including a stable internet connection and compatible software, to access the Webinar.(b) The Host is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by the Participant. Limited support may be available for troubleshooting but is not guaranteed.


9. Modification and Cancellation Clause

(a) The Host reserves the right to modify the content, timing, or format of the Webinar at its sole discretion. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.(b) If the Webinar is canceled by the Host, Participants will be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid. The Host shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Participant.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.(b) Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maryland.(c) If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
