Participants must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the Webinar. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated, and the Host reserves the right to remove such participants from the Webinar.

All content provided in the Webinar, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Host. Participants are not authorized to copy, reproduce, or distribute such content without the Host’s express written permission
7. Disclaimers
The Host does not guarantee any specific results or transformation as a result of the Webinar. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice or counseling when necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Webinar.
9. Modifications
The Host reserves the right to modify or cancel the Webinar, change the date or time, or make other adjustments as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Termination
The Host reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual in the Webinar for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes arising from or related to the Webinar or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maryland
